    mdubinko Oh, I think you're missing a trick. Brussels sprouts can be quite good. Brown them in a nice hot skillet, add some garlic and bacon if you're inclined, finish them off with a little white vermouth braise. Very yummy. Not, I repeat, not boiled gray as my mother would.
