  1. Hi thetrainline I have two bookings coming up which are described as "etickets" on the web bookings page, but neither shows up in the app. Is there some additional stepI have to do to get them into the app?

      thetrainline Nevermind. User error. There's an old ticket at the top in the app and I failed to notice the later dated tickets below that.
