  1. I bought a new USB hard drive. I plugged it in. It wanted to show me some Seagate crud. I opened Disk Utility and reformatted it (Mac OS extended, journaled, encrypted). Unmounted it. Now it won’t remount. Doesn’t ask for password, just does nothing. Recoverable?
