    lisp_mgr Instead of discarding what you would normally pour off when refreshing the active mixture, pour it into a bowl. Add sugar and baking soda. That’s pretty much a batter. Let it stand until it’s full of bubbles then scoop it into crumpet rings on a hot pan. Let cook. Crumpets!
