mathlingdpawson Yeah, I’m not getting sugar pumpkins, I’m resigned to that. The little one I got at the market roasted up nicely. Mixing in a little butternut squash is an idea. But brown sugar, cinnamon, all spice, etc. will cover up any deficiencies, I expect.
